Being that my academic background is in media culture, I tend to glean from a wide variety of imagery, including news-media screen-shots, and textual research.

 

In these works I portray a series of characteristics that took place during the Vancouver hockey riot and Occupy rallies in 2011. They take on a ballet of something that perhaps is/was lost in the translation of such bewildering occurrences.
